Don't Believe Everything You See on Facebook...

Last night, my sister-in-law posted a link on my brother's wall and made mention of "their kids" who are non-existent at this time. Just for kicks, I decided to see what would happen if I made a comment about her being pregnant (see photo above). The blurred out part is where people congratulated them on their non-existent baby and where people wondered whether my statement was true or not. My "heeheehee" came after they had to break the news to everyone that they weren't actually expecting. haha!

todays lesson, kids... don't believe everything on Facebook! ;)

HAHAHA! Naughty Kym! I love the "heeheehee" part, just like a kid caught out doing something naughty :D

BTW, P2200 for a haircut?? I'd rather cut my own hair! LOL haircuts at Bench FIX salons here are only for P275, and those are upscale salons already. The last haircut I got from Tony and Jackey was for P500, and that is a very, very posh salon. The cheap ones here charge P50 for haircuts :D

haha this is so true! I just heard on the radio today about another fake celebrity death rumour circulating on facebook. When are people going to realize?

People wouldn't write it if it wasn't true. Your SIL will get the good news next week.

Just being silly! =)

About the article, excess anything (except your posts) can lead kids into depression and bad grades.

oh man!
i learned that lesson long ago! lol.
well remember when everybody was posting cartoon pics as their default pic? i did it cus they claimed to be raising awareness for abused kids. silly me, just posted one up and thought "sure why not!?" later in the week... i read one status from a friend of mine saying that pedophiles did this so it's easier for them to add children to their facebook. god i was so embarassed. but i thought.... wait a minute... what source was this? lol... so i research and it turned out that it was just a game that started early november in europe and it became viral. word of mouth can totally be wrong XD

lesson learned.

Sometimes, people leave inside jokes on their statuses, and the rest of the world is on the outside. So i've also learned to not over think what people are trying to say. If you don't get it, there's a reason why. :P

I realised one thing though ... a lot of people on FB likes to jump at the chance to make their comments, whether it's relevant or not!
